Documents you upload (such as ID copies and certificates) are stored outside of any publicly accessible part of our website and can only be accessed by authenticated BetterPay staff for the purpose of verifying your registration. Who we share information with

We share information with relevant government bodies where required to complete UIF/COIDA registration, and with our payroll processing partner where necessary to run payroll on your behalf. We do not share your information with any other third party without your consent, except where required by law.

Our website uses only the minimum cookie necessary to keep you securely logged in while using our staff portal. We do not currently use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.
