Documents you upload (such as ID copies and certificates) are stored outside of any publicly accessible part of our website and can only be accessed by authenticated BetterPay staff for the purpose of verifying your registration. Access to your records is limited to staff who need it to provide our services to you.
We share information with relevant government bodies where required to complete UIF/COIDA registration, and with our payroll processing partner where necessary to run payroll on your behalf. We do not share your information with any other third party without your consent, except where required by law.
